Course Description

The online Level 2 Nail Art Course has been designed to help learners understand the principles of becoming a Nail Artist , learning the key skills and practices as a Nail Art Technician, discussing the importance of health and safety and the practical aspects of a Nail Art Technician.

Course Syllabus

The Level 2 Nail Art Course is split into the following modules:

• Anatomy and Physiology of the Nail.
• Contra –Indications.
• Client Consultation.
• Contra – Actions.
• The Products, Tools and Equipment Required.
•  Diseases and Disorders of the Nail.
• Apply a range on Nail Art Techniques.
• Case Studies.
• Nail Art Board.
• Assignment.
• Final Assessment.

Assessment

To assess the learner’s ability and knowledge to effectively understand the topics contained within the Level 2 Nail Art course, the course features 1 Assignment and 3 Case Studies that are performed and written by you, plus one end of Course practical assessment which will need to be recorded and sent via email with a completed consultation sheet.

Once the assignment has been sent, Marked and returned back to you via email with feedback, and case studies and assessments have been received and marked, you will have completed the qualification. A hard copy of the certificate will be sent out within three weeks of completion. 

Certificate

On successful completion of this Level 2 Nail Art Course. The certificate will be claimed for and a hard copy sent within 3 weeks of completion.

Course Format

This course is delivered online through eLearning. Learners of the course will receive an email with course work attached, Online support will be available to learners via email or learners are able to call the tutor when required.

Course Duration

The online Level 2 Nail Art course has 20 hours to complete the course in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions.

Learners will have access to this course for up to 9 weeks from the date of joining. There is a 9 week time limit to complete the course during this period.
